Impact Week is an opportunity for us to thank local businesses and organizations for impacting our community!

The idea is simple, pick up a “Thank You” card at the Mission Forward wall in the Lobby beginning Sunday, February 20, then from the week of February 27 - March 6, choose a local business to bless by dropping off a gift along with the “Thank You” card letting them know that SLC recognizes them as a partner in the community.

Let us celebrate with you by posting a photo of what you dropped off in our SLC Family Facebook Group or email it to the church office.

Get creative! Think of businesses and organizations that have a stake in our community. This could even be your own place of work! Here are some ideas:

• Schools

  • Elementary schools

  • Middle Schools/Junior Highs

  • High Schools

  • Bethel Transportation

  • Administrative offices

• Central Pierce Fire

• Pierce County Sheriff

• Nearby churches

  • Life Center Rainer, CrossRoads Church

• Industrial Park

  • Niagra Water, Ikea, Amazon, Etc.

• Frederickson Businesses

  • Safeway, Starbucks, Multicare Medical Center, Gas Station on 22nd, etc.

• Firlane Memorial Park and Funeral Home
