On Wednesday, March 5 we’ll serve local foster kids by cooking meals and putting together supplies for foster families. How do you flourish in real life? What does it look like to honor God with my finances, my friendships, romantic relationships, and everything in between? Our February gathering is focused on sharing God’s design for our real every-day life, and giving you tools to take the next step!

On Saturday, January 11, we’ll gathering for an hour of prayer with our church family in the Chapel at the Frederickson Campus from 12 PM-1 PM. Afterward, we’ll head to lunch together at a Daniel-fast-approved restaurant!

If you’ve never prayed for an extended amount of time before, or fasted, this is a great place to start!

Sound Life Young Adults join us for an unforgettable Christmas Party!!! Wear your ugly Christmas Sweater and come ready for a fun night together. There’s free pizza, a hot coca bar, Christmas games, prizes and more! You’re welcome to bring some Christmas cookies—but it’s not required.

Young Adults include young professionals, college students, married couples, and everything in between. If you’re out of high school and between the ages of 18-28—you’re invited!

We are planning a mission trip to Honduras for our young adults and students! (Minors must travel with a parent or relative.) Come to this informational meeting to learn more about the trip and the organization (Leadership Mission International) we will be serving with.

The Young Adult Group (Age 18-25) is getting together to attend the Casting Crowns Concert! Register here to sit in the same section as all the Young Adults. Feel free to come early and grab some fair food for dinner, or just come for the music! Concert doors open at 6:30 and music starts at 7:30.

We’re going to have a fun night connecting with other college-age young adults! You’re welcome to bring your favorite game and some snacks. We’ll be hanging out from 7:00-9:00 PM. Please note this event will be hosted off-campus so please reach out for the address.

Celebrate Christmas at our upcoming Thriftmas party!!! If you have graduated high school and are between the ages of 18 to 25, invite a friend and come in your best Christmas outfit that is all thrifted for a chance to win a prize! This night will be filled with food, competition, and all things thrifted! If you want to participate in our white elephant gift exchange, bring a thrifted gift under $10. The cost of this event is $10 per person; please register ahead of time!

On Sunday, October 30, instead of our regular Sunday night service, Sound Life College Ministry will head to the Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle for a Worship Night with Elevation Worship!

The cost is $60 for your ticket and your ride there. We hope to see you there! Make sure to register to claim your ticket! The last day to purchase tickets is Sunday, October 23.
